UV printing / direct to material

UV printing is direct-to-surface printing: we apply the artwork to the finished material, then UV light cures the ink immediately. The result is a crisp, full-color design that feels like part of the piece—not a paper label placed on top of it.

- UV light sets each layer right away, so colors stay clean and detailed without waiting for ink to air-dry.

- The cured print is ready to handle. For coasters, signs and other everyday pieces, we choose the surface prep and finish for the material and its intended use.
- Color on more surfaces
- White ink keeps artwork vivid on dark, clear or textured materials—opening up wood, stone, acrylic, glass and metal.
What durable means
A cured UV print does not have a paper edge to peel or lift. It is a thin, stable ink layer on the item itself—well suited to regular handling, cleaning and display. The life of any print still depends on the material, where it lives and how it is used, so we will recommend the right finish for your project.
UV printing vs. traditional options
UV direct print
Full-color artwork goes directly onto the finished piece. It is especially strong for short runs, custom names, variable designs and detailed artwork.
Labels & transfers
Useful in the right setting, but they add a separate layer and a visible edge. UV lets the original material remain part of the design.
Screen printing
Excellent for high-volume repeat orders. UV avoids screens and setup-heavy production when a project needs smaller runs or many versions.
